This week was a lot of scrambling around, a lot of
contacting. But, we got some great new people to teach, and the widow came to
church! And her son is going to receive the Aaronic priesthood next month, so
that will be awesome. We are going to throw our support behind them this next
few months to help them get going.
We were out contacting, and we found a lady cleaning a
house, so we just started to talk to her. It was pretty awesome, she had a ton
of questions as to why there are so many Iglesias, and what is the difference.
Well, she accepted a fecha, and couldn’t asistir Iglesias, but anyways it was
pretty awesome, as she is really really positive. She is reading the book of Mormon,
and thinks it’s really interesting.
But the big story this week was church. We got our
investigator Siumin to come to church, and she also brought her daughter who
was visiting from Panama. It was awesome!! We had 130 people in church
yesterday, it was a miracle. We got every single menos activo that we had
wanted to get. Well, not everyone, but at least a family member from every
menos activo. After church, we went with a bunch of people from the ward,
because they were showing the hermanas a new reference, and we gave out about
10 blessings, and we also blessed the house. It was really cool.
